Ottumwa -- Indian Hills had leads in all three sets, but couldn't protect those leads and lost a three-set match to Iowa Western at the Net Center on Tuesday night.
The Warriors were up, 15-11, in the first set, but lost 25-21.
The Reivers' Marchelle Bostic served the final nine points of the second set with Iowa Western pulling away for a 25-14 win.
Indian Hills grabbed a 16-13 lead in the third set, but again couldn't hold on as Iowa Western finished off the sweep.
The team leaders for Indian Hills were Kelsey Wagner in kills with eight, Erin Mosinski with three blocks, Emily Eswonia in digs with 13 and Courtney Blohm with 20 assists.
The Warriors have nearly a week off before taking on the William Penn JV on Sept. 19.
